Terms of Service
Terms of service for using CADlingo.

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service are intended to regulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between WeeklyVentures Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Company") and users regarding the use of the CADlingo service (hereinafter referred to as "Service").
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Service" Refers to the CADlingo CAD drawing generation service provided by the Company.
- "User" Refers to members and non-members who receive the service provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms of Service.
- "Member" Refers to a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the Company and can continuously use the Company's service.
- "Credit" Refers to the payment method required to use the service.
Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)
These Terms of Service become effective for all users who intend to use the Service.
The Company may amend these Terms of Service if deemed necessary, and shall promptly notify or announce any amendments to the Terms of Service.
Article 4 (Provision of Service)
The services provided by the Company are as follows:
- Natural language-based CAD drawing generation service
- Modification and editing service for generated CAD drawings
- Manufacturing file download service (STEP, STL format)
- Other services determined by the Company
Article 5 (Membership)
Those who wish to use the Service apply for membership by filling out membership information according to the form designated by the Company and expressing their intention to agree to these Terms of Service.
The Company may not approve or may terminate the use agreement after the fact for applications that fall under each of the following items:
- Where the applicant has previously lost membership eligibility under these Terms of Service
- Where the name is not a real name or another person's name is used
- Where false information is provided or the content presented by the Company is not provided
Article 6 (Credits and Payment)
Credit System
- New models cost 10 credits. AI edits cost 2 to 8 credits depending on the work involved, and the amount charged is shown after the edit is complete. Parameter edits are free, and failed generations and edits are not charged.
- Purchased credits remain in your balance after your subscription ends.
- Workspace includes 300 monthly credits for $12/month. See the pricing page for the current credit pack amount. Existing subscription terms and purchased credits remain unchanged.
Payment is made through the payment methods provided by the Company. Credits are added after our server processes the payment provider's confirmation of a successful payment. Confirmation may take time; you can check the result in your payment status and history.
Article 7 (Limitation of Service Use)
The Company may limit the use of the Service in any of the following cases:
- In case of violation of laws or these Terms of Service
- In case of interference with the normal operation of the Service
- In case of requesting content that violates public order or morals
- In case of infringing on the rights of others or damaging their reputation
Article 8 (Intellectual Property Rights)
Intellectual property rights of CAD drawings generated through the Service belong to the user who created the model.
However, generated data may be used in anonymized form for service improvement and quality enhancement.
Article 9 (Limitation of Liability)
The Company is not liable in the following cases:
- In case the Service cannot be provided due to force majeure such as natural disasters
- In case of obstacles in using the Service due to the user's fault
- In case of disputes with third parties arising from the use of generated CAD drawings
- Damages related to the use of free services unless otherwise specified in laws such as the Personal Information Protection Act
Article 10 (Dispute Resolution)
For disputes arising in relation to these Terms of Service, the laws of the Republic of Korea shall apply, and the Seoul Central District Court shall have jurisdiction.
